Through the FLOP! program, FORGE brings stories of motivation, innovation, flexibility, humility, and resilience to University of Arizona students.
How does it work?
- Flop! is an opportunity to bring failing experts to students.
- Our speakers are global leaders, spanning various professional sectors, and each has a story (or a few) to share.
- Each Flop! session is 30 minutes in length and can be done virtually or in person.
- Schedule your Flop! session today – simply fill out the request form and you will receive a response within two business days.
- We ask that requests be submitted at least 3 weeks in advance of the desired speaking date.
Failure is defined as a lack of success or the inability to reach an expected outcome. However, research shows that failure is often one of the prerequisites for success. A key to achieving goals is that failures can teach valuable lessons. The Flop! program helps participants learn from failure, cultivate gratitude for past failures, and share stories around failure that support creative problem-solving and innovation.
Request a speaker to bring the Flop! experience to your students.
