Dave DiCosola

My name is Dave DiCosola and I am currently co-founder and CEO of PackDash.com. PackDash is a concierge logistics service and tech platform focused on the customer's experience and access to data. We partner with digitally native consumer brands by using unique technology tools to communicate, collaborate, and move our customer’s products around the world. We essentially provide an Amazon-like shipping service for more than 100 digital selling channels. We recently moved our headquarters to Tucson and operate four fulfillment centers nationwide. Our business employs 20 people and currently serves 60 customers (two of which are Fortune 500 companies).

My experience as an executive spans three venture-backed technology startups that raised more than $700 million collectively and have scaled from $0 to more than $100M in annual revenues. I've had extensive leadership experience across a diverse set of industries and have been actively involved in strategic planning, fundraising, and capital allocation. I love to serve and actively act as a mentor to aspiring entrepreneurs and builders.

I am a 2006 graduate of Miami University of Ohio earning a degree in Marketing. Over my career, I have served as a Board Member of several non-profits in the healthcare and financial services space. I’m currently a Designated Campus Colleague at the University of Arizona and an active volunteer for Tech Launch Arizona.
