Education

Our business curriculum is designed to be hands-on, culturally responsive, and relevant to all stages of the entrepreneurial journey. Participants receive guidance in creating tangible tools that they can implement immediately. Each group session includes a conversation with an Indigenous expert guest speaker.

Mentorship

Participants work closely with a dedicated mentor to set and complete a monthly goal which is specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and timely (SMART) to ensure they are continuously moving forward. They can also access a rich network of industry mentors for focused expertise.

Relationships

Program support is not limited to program mentors and staff. Participants are connected with people and organizations at the University of Arizona and the local community who are committed to helping them succeed. Support continues beyond the first year of the program as the Tribe’s own entrepreneurial ecosystem grows and develops.
