Amy Herschell

Amy D. Herschell, Ph.D. is the Associate Vice President of Program Implementation and Evaluation for a Behavioral Health Managed Care Organization where she leads the development and implementation of rigorous, high-priority implementation projects and oversees outcome activities in support of program advancements (e.g., childhood wellness, evidence-based practice implementation, school-based mental health). Trained and licensed in Pennsylvania as a clinical psychologist, Dr. Herschell’s clinical interests have focused on collaboratively developing high-quality, community-based care for children and their families.

Dr. Herschell has served as the Principal or Co-Principal Investigator for several federally funded grants (e.g., NIMH, CDC, SAMHSA) and has published extensively on topics related to children’s behavioral health, implementation science, workforce development, and evidence-based practices. She also has a private practice, the Early Childhood Innovations Center, focused on training behavioral health clinicians to implement evidence-based treatments for young children and their families.

She lives in Pennsylvania with her family.
