Support + Share is a place to come to be with peers who are navigating similar challenges as you build your ventures. Our goal is to have a designated space and time for students to work together and share their experiences. You can receive feedback and be directed to helpful resources and coaching.
Ben Lemon "How to illustrate value, obtain agreement, and close the deal"
Ben Lemon is a University of Arizona student, FORGE SVP Fellow, and entrepreneur. Ben specializes in client sales and service-based ventures. His business, Paradise Washing LLC, was founded in summer of 2022 and reported over $500,000 in gross revenue last year with no outside funding.
No matter what your venture entails, you have to get people to "buy" your product, service, or even just your idea. Ben will be presenting on the flow of a sale from a cold lead to a closed deal and present strategies for earning a client's business and showing them the value of your idea throughout the process.
You will have the opportunity to put these sales skills into motion immediately following Ben's presentation. We will host a live workshop practicing the flow of the sale and give you some practice handling calls or meetings with potential clients. As always, we will provide plenty of opportunities for you to network with student entrepreneurs all across campus. We hope to see you there!
