Anay Somani

Anay is an international student from India double majoring in Computer Science and Statistics & Data Science. He is passionate about programming and loves building things from scratch and bringing his ideas to reality. His favorite thing about the University of Arizona is its research-focused learning and renowned faculty. When he is not studying, he likes to stay on track with what’s happening around the world with a focus on business and tech industries. He also loves to travel, cook, and watch sports, especially cricket, tennis and football. For Anay, an "entrepreneurial mindset" is having risk-taking ability and doing the right thing at the right time. In his role at FORGE as a Student Venture Pathways Assistant, he hopes to explore innovative projects, connect with amazing minds, and grow through experiences.
