Adarshi Dey

Adarshi is a Senior at the College of Science. Her current major is Psychology and her minor is Sociology. She hopes to work in the field of IO Psychology in the future. Originally from Bangalore, India, Adarshi chose her minor to try and better understand American culture and the different situations people are in. Her favorite thing about the University of Arizona is the internship program in the Psychology department. For Adarshi, entrepreneurial mindset means taking the initiative to reach out to resources and people, pushing past fear and taking chances and being well-informed of the pros and cons of risks. It means making connections and thriving in a group-setting. It means being a people person, being able to communicate with people and having reach and influence. In her role with FORGE, she is looking forward to becoming familiar with the research process and reaching out to alumni.
