AJ del Pino
After spending time in corporate HR and community development, AJ combined her business knowledge and sociology to position herself as a customer specialist in high-growth start-ups. Over the past nine years, she has helped launch an HR software company from pre-revenue, stepped into a Series A prop-tech start-up to grow it through Series B, and started her own ventures. Understanding the customer and improving the customer experience through systems and communication became her superpowers. Alongside her Nurse Practitioner partner, Aj has applied this high-growth startup thinking to their clinic. Creating customer-first experiences in a typically cold industry has been possible by narrowing focus and having absolute clarity about the community of people to serve. With a growing team, she now works full-time as a Practice Manager, as well as providing strategic direction and managing payer partnerships.
