Past AEP Cohorts
The summer Advanced Entrepreneur Program was for early-stage startups to apply knowledge and experience in customer discovery and business modeling, specifically targeting student founders. The summer cohort met over 7 weeks and refined their idea with the help of experienced mentors, and over 40 hours of rigorous business development programming.
The W21 Advanced Entrepreneur Program cohort exclusively included female-led startup teams. The intention was to support female founders by creating a program that both pushes their businesses forward and makes space for conversations that address the reality of sexism in the startup community.
The F20 Advanced Entrepreneur Program cohort was a diverse and motivated group of startups that showcased innovation across the region, and the University of Arizona in particular. From current students to graduates and faculty; from software platforms to solar panels, it had it all!
The S20 Accelerated Entry Program cohort teams were selected for their innovative approaches to problems most closely aligned with the University of Arizona’s Research and FORGE’s strengths in digital health and community/environmental resilience.
The W20 Cohort teams were the first ever teams to take part in our seed accelerator, kicking off in January of 2020. 12 startup teams trusted us with their entrepreneurial journey, and together we spent 6 weeks unpacking their businesses and building lasting connections.
