Brian Madigan

Dr. Brian Madigan is a Cardiac Surgeon with the Southern VA Health Care System.  After obtaining a degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology at the University of Arizona, Dr. Madigan attended medical school at The Ohio State University.  He then completed a General Surgery Residency and Cardiothoracic Surgery Fellowship at the U of A.  Dr. Madigan has been a full-time Cardiac Surgeon at the VA for the last nine years.  In addition to having an academic appointment at the U of A, Dr. Madigan serves as the Clinical Director of Cardiothoracic Surgery and sits on the Medical Executive Board Peer Review Committee at the VA. 

Brian began his real estate career investing in single-family homes from 2012-2021.  In early 2021 he purchased his first duplex and realized the value of multifamily investing.  In September of 2021, Brian closed on a 12-unit property here in Tucson.   

Brian’s wife Becky is an anesthesiologist.  They have two children, 10 and 7.  Brian is an avid cyclist and races on the Bicycle Ranch Tucson Racing Team.  As a family, they love to travel and are under contract to buy a vacation home in Nice, France.
